Before you order.
Do you provide the mockups?
No. You send the PSD mockup files you want to use, and I place your artwork into them in bulk. That way the images match your brand and the mockups you already chose.
What do my PSD files need?
Smart Objects, or another consistent Photoshop placement structure, so every design lands in the same place the same way. If you're not sure your files qualify, send one over before ordering.
How is an "image" counted?
One design placed in one PSD mockup is one image. Basic covers 2 mockups × 25 designs (50 images), Standard 4 × 50 (200), Premium 6 × 100 (600).
When does the delivery clock start?
When all required files and instructions are in. Basic delivers in 1 day, Standard and Premium in 2, and custom batches in 3 days or on an agreed timeline.
What if my artwork doesn't fit the mockup's shape?
Artwork is placed proportionally, centered and scaled to fit, with light cropping only where necessary. If a design's orientation or aspect ratio is far off from the mockup, it's flagged instead of being forced in.
What's outside standard scope?
Extensive manual masking, per-image retouching, subjective placement, custom artwork edits, or a different Photoshop process for each design. Message first and we'll scope it as a custom job.
